So, yesterday, I finally went to the new mall at Orchard – Ion. First impressions were actually pretty good. Posh, upmarket place. What captivated my niece though, was the ceiling. (Yes, Saturdays is family day, if we haven’t already established that. Mum, me, sis and her 2 cute kids) Back on topic, the ceiling… you have to be there to see it. Sealife swimming around. Animated, of course. Pretty nice.
God damn crowded, however, but that’s only to be expected. And guess what? Yesterday, instead of looking at all the good looking people there (guys and girls), I was actually looking out for ugly people. Yes, it’s that amazing. I think I actually had a overdose of good looking people till I didn’t know where to look. But nada. Zilch. I didn’t see any ugly people there. 
Oh, and there’s another Uniqlo outlet there. Way too crowded but it was worth it. Saw 2 jackets that I really liked but I think they were a tad overpriced. $99.90 and $129 (yeah, leather jackets). My goodness. Going shopping without sufficicent cash is so NOT a good idea. I’ll probably go back another day to get the jackets if they’re still there.
